Our Cooking Sauces, favorites of many people, are ‘changing the dress’. Their package design became brighter and more informative – each sauce package now shows the ingredients and contains description of each sauce’s taste specifics with recommendations about the dishes which this or that sauce comes the best with.
On 27 May Chumak, together with two dozens of editors from Ukrainian mass media held a symbolic picnic season opening ceremony. The company organized a rest day in a forest close to Kyiv, which featured shish kebab, active games, and funny contests.

ChumakTM keeps expanding its range. A new product has been introduced in the mayonnaise line: the stores now offer “Provencal” - a most popular brand of mayonnaise. This new brand of mayonnaise ensures a delicious taste of both traditional and newly developed dishes.
On the 13th through the 16th of April, 2010, Chumak, CJSC, at the invitation of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, participated in International Exhibition Fair “Ecology 2010”.
On 26 January 2010 Chumak CJSC, the largest national food processing company, opened a new macaroni factory in Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast.
On 7 December, Chumak General Director and Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Sweden Carl Sturén received the Order of Merit of Ukraine 2nd class. The decoration was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Carl Sturén also has other government decorations: in 2002 he received the Cross of Honor ‘For Revival of Ukraine‘ 1st class, and in 2003 he was awarded the Order of Merit of Ukraine 3rd class.
