They are suited to rich meat-based, creamy- based sauces as well as cheese-based sauce with vegetables and olives, but it also the perfect base of a delicious pasta salad.

Cooking tips:

Put "Fusilli" into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.
