"Farfalle", which means “butterfly” in Italian, is a bow-tie pasta. Usually children love it. Its versatile delicate shape can be used as the base of any dish. "Farfalle" perfectly match with light vegetable sauces and suits to tasty pasta salads or soups.

Cooking tips:

Put farfalle into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta use not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.
