Popular type of pasta twisted in a spiral tube shape, "Cavatappi" is the Italian word for corkscrew. With its ridged surface, curly shape and with a hole running through the center, "Cavatappi" is perfect for a hearty pasta meal, capturing every drop of sauce and trapping small vegetables, meat or fish.

Cooking tips:

Put "Cavatappi" into 4-6 quarts of salted boiling water. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Drain well.
