Its graceful, concave shape is covered in ridges resembles a seashell. One of the most popular pasta shape. Traditionally, this kind of pasta is served with fish or seafood, but also these shapes are great for baking dishes.

Cooking tips:

Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. Add contents of package to boiling water. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Drain well.
