Classic type of pasta - Fettuccine are made from flat sheets of pasta cut into ribbon-shaped strands (known as "fettucce"). A very good pasta to serve with fresh vegetables and hot garlic sauce. This format of pasta can withstand extremely robust sauces with seafood or shellfish. Try it with Chumak "Pesto" sauce.

Cooking tips:

Put into salted boiling water (for 100g of pasta use not less than 1 l of water), stir it, turn down the stove slightly and stir it every so often. Remove from heat. Drain well.
